NIRANJ, why not try this?

When nothing but the keyboard will work. Press alt + F2, then put in “xkill”, press enter. Your mouse will become a “X”. Click the app you want to kill, the app will be killed and your pc will work again.

Why can’t windows do this? Sometimes restarting is not a option.

I agree and have also seen the same issues with Devede. While it is free and seems to offer many features that I want, the crashing/freezing makes me want to un-install it.Linux is only as stable as the apps you run on it, I have had to use ctrl-alt-backspace to recover at times. I have tried upgrading/downgrading and with no luck, I am heading back to windows to finish off my movies. Hope the kinks get worked out, seems like a very plausible app and could compete well with many paid software offerings!

Best regards,
Tom
